Welcome to Grades 5 and 6
Social Studies!
I am delighted to be on the fifth and sixth grade teams at Hall Memorial School! I grew up in New Mexico and spent much of my childhood exploring the museums and ruins of calvary forts and pueblos. I began teaching middle school in the late 1990s, and I have a passion for teaching social studies! I believe that children learn best by getting their hands involved in the learning along with their minds. My students can expect that most of our learning will take place in the form of inquiry based projects.
