Eleisha LeMay,  Principal   


Eleisha LeMay is excited to join the Hall Memorial School community as Principal! Eleisha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Central Connecticut State University, a Master’s Degree in Education from St. Joseph College (now St. Joseph University) and a Sixth Year Certificate in Educational Leadership from Central Connecticut State University. Eleisha began her career 20 years ago as an English teacher at East Windsor High School, teaching primarily ninth grade. In 2012, she transitioned to middle school, teaching eighth grade at the Academy of Aerospace and Engineering, an interdistrict magnet school serving grades 6-12 in Windsor, CT. Eleisha has served as the Dean of Students at both the Academy of Aerospace and Engineering and the Academy of International Studies in Bloomfield, CT. Most recently, Eleisha has worked as the Assistant Principal at the Academy of International Studies. 


Eleisha is passionate about education and ensuring that all students have access to high-quality educational opportunities, and is very appreciative of the warm welcome she has received in Willington. Eleisha enjoys  middle school students and the staff that work with them at this important stage in their development. Eleisha lives in Hebron with her husband and two children, and serves on the Hebron Board of Education. In her spare time, Eleisha loves reading books, especially the Young Adult books that her own children are enjoying, and spending time with friends and family.
